Tenet manages quote requests and contractor referrals. Quotes and work are agreed with the contractor.
Information requested
The form requests contact details, property suburb and project type, plus optional timing, email and wall details. This information is used to review and respond to your project. Details are not passed to a contractor without your separate approval.
Operator, storage and retention
Liam Benjamin Gibson operates this quote request service under the Tenet name. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores submitted details in a private database. Enquiries expire after 90 days; recovery backups can temporarily retain deleted records. No raw IP addresses are saved in the enquiry database. A short-lived keyed digest helps limit abusive submissions.
If operator email alerts are enabled, Resend emails your enquiry to liambengibo@gmail.com for review and response. Contractor sharing still needs your separate approval. Email copies held by Resend and in the operator’s inbox are separate from the website database; its 90-day expiry does not automatically delete them.
Campaign attribution
Our own website records limited visit context to understand where enquiries come from: Google click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) when present, campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content), the landing page path and the time it was recorded. The landing page record excludes its query string and fragment.
This context is kept in session storage for this browser tab, with a maximum age of 24 hours. A new campaign entry replaces the earlier campaign context. Contact details and project information are not saved in browser storage. If your browser blocks storage, context can still accompany an enquiry from the current page.
The context is submitted to our private Cloudflare database only alongside a valid form enquiry with the required contact consent. It is linked to your enquiry and has the same 90-day retention period. It helps the operator review enquiry sources and prepare future conversion measurement. This website does not currently load third-party advertising tags or send enquiry details or attribution to Google. Any later Google conversion measurement requires a separate configuration and an updated notice.

Quotes and work
Contractor suitability, licensing, insurance and availability need checking for the scope. Assessments, engineering, approvals, quotes and work are agreed directly with the contractor. Site information is general guidance, not a diagnosis of a structural defect.
